@richardtheeighth4431 Fremantle owns the rights to all of the former Thames programming. Why would I have to pay them a license to watch what they already own?

@richardtheeighth4431 That usually the kind of licensing demanded for commercial use. An outlet like The History Channel, for example, that wanted to show a complete episode would have to pay, the amount generally predicated on the size of audience. I don't think this is for individuals. They have shown complete episodes of programs like TV Eye. Maybe these are just 30 second commercials to attract outlets that might license them. If so, I wish they're say that in the title, although it's hard for me to understand how silent 30 second clips with no context for the complete show would attract anyone.
