  1. A working home production handgun would have held obvious advantages for countries with international arms embargoes against them. Why they chose stainless steel castings for a gun that was not going to have much in the way of sales outside the area is a mystery. Selling a gun with poor rifling as a feature is kind of an uphill battle in the best of times.
