  1. This is a repeat of what happened in the late 60's Neither side backed down, and ended with two students dead in California and four dead at Kent State. I wish we could come to some common ground and ratchet down the violence. Bearing is right about this. As someone who lived through the student uprisings of the 60's, I don't we will find common ground, and I fear a lot more dead this time before this tsunami exhausts itself
