  2. Yes, but often times people with really bad diets need time to transition and educate themselves about this kind of approach. You can't expect them to just do it overnight. I had a very healthy diet to begin with, and it took me over a year to really understand the kind of diet that is best for me. I did lots of reading during that time. Some people are busy and don't even know where to start. I try not to be judgmental and realize that everyone is at a different place in their journey.
