  2. hiii dr Ellie I am using your cmcs except closys as it is very expensive I have notice changes in my gums and teeth that they are reversing but I have that pin like hole on my front tooth which doesn't show any results 😔 plz can you suggest something Why is this happening with my only one front tooth (central incisor) right side no pain not too deeper I have checked that like I inserted end of floss and it's not too deep plz dr help me

  4.  @dr.elliephillips do teeth remineralize after polishing as well I heard it's remove very thin layer of enamel And ma'am I have xylitol with anticaking agent silicon dioxide So I'll buy pure xylitol after a month can I continue that xylitol for a month And for the tooth brush for now can I continue with the Colgate charcoal slim soft brush Just for a month

Hiii dr ellie I want to know that is it possible to remineralize teeth after polishing Few days back I went to the dentist and do polishing because i had very tiny hole on my tooth and after polishing dentist told me that hole will be there but won't cause any problem and didn't develop into cavity and I guess some enamel are worn out is it possible to remineralize that hole with usage of xylitol

  11. ma'am it's been 5 months I went to dentist but last time when I visited there he told me that the hole will be still there but will not develop into cavity but I am not very convinced with the statement like how it's normal to have very tiny hole in your front tooth but it will not develop into cavity I have a very busy schedule for the next three months so I'll try your system for three months and after that I'll visit him I am using xylitol it makes my teeth feel smoother but does not result in that particular hole I hope it does not reach dentin I don't know whether it's just a normal indentation that has formed or a cavity But I don't want to have any filling at all!!!   18.  @dr.elliephillips  sorry for bothering you my aim is just to learn more about this and I promise this never happen again sorry for any inconvenience I'm from India and I have crest plus toothpaste with 0.05 sodium fluoride contain and have Listerine which don't have ADA labelling but someone told me that product out of US don't have label but it's the same product and have ACT mint bottle with 0.05 fluoride contain I brush with crest and rinse with Listerine and after ACT rinse Is it correct way to do so....??? Thank you 🙏

  38. @Su-kros  okay Cause when I first ordered it it's consistency is of something like sugar crystals but when I reorder it it's consistency is of like sugar powder something So that's why I'm kind of in confusion that I order same thing but why I got different consistency 😅and the powder one immediately melt in mouth and taste also different fromthe first one that's why I kinda in confusion...but I think they all are same and consistency doesn't matter at all How deep your cavity is ???
