  1. ma'am recently I developed a dot like hole very tiny which is normally not visible until we deeply look into it for that I went to dentist and he do polishing in which very little white particles came very little powder like but the hole is still there he told me that the hole will be there but won't cause any problem and didn't develop into cavity I'm using xylitol from few days so is there any chances of remineralization Hope you answer
