@dr.elliephillips sorry for bothering you my aim is just to learn more about this and I promise this never happen again sorry for any inconvenience I'm from India and I have crest plus toothpaste with 0.05 sodium fluoride contain and have Listerine which don't have ADA labelling but someone told me that product out of US don't have label but it's the same product and have ACT mint bottle with 0.05 fluoride contain I brush with crest and rinse with Listerine and after ACT rinse Is it correct way to do so....??? Thank you 🙏

@dr.elliephillips one thing to ask I have very low saliva production inspite of xylitol is there any thing which I can do to strengthen to saliva???? And can you suggest alternative of plotka toothbrush because it is very expensive in our country Can I use Colgate slimsoft charcoal bristle toothbrush 🪥
