  25. ​ @xXEGPXx  Considering that you can't just adopt a child directly outside of a abortion clinic I can see why you wouldn't hear about it because it's not possible. Now if we're talking about people outside abortion clinics convincing someone to skip doing an abortion and give the child up for adoption once it's born that has happened before. Although I suspect it's not at all frequent and most mothers who think about getting abortion but then wait until the baby's born typically will keep the baby rather than give it up for adoption.
