Lauren Southern has identified herself as a liberal on numerous occasions and has explicitly stated that she does not align with the alt-right movement. In fact, Southern has been vocal in distancing herself from the alt-right and has spoken out against their more extremist views.
It is worth noting that the video in question has labeled several YouTubers as alt-right, despite the fact that their beliefs and values may not align with this political movement
