  1. in 2005 Congress passed a bill that made Student Loan debt exempt when you claim bankruptcy. Meaning the banks that give out these college student loans have no liability. They are giving stupid degrees out like candy.

  2. I think he needs to come up with a bill that allows students that claim bankruptcy have their loans wiped away.
