How can the Supreme Court stop the president getting rid of an executive order that a previous president put in?

@TylerWCarr I'm sorry but that doesn't even make sense. So basically a president can use his pin and phone just to make a law. The next president to comes in and wants to get rid of that law has to go through the Supreme Court if they think that law is constitutional they will keep it. Then why in the hell do we have a Congress and a senate?

@TylerWCarr so basically a president can write a executive order out and has confidence that the Supreme Court rule in his favor. What stops him from writing more executive orders that will be ruled in his favor knowing that the next president can get rid of that order?

@TylerWCarr you still didn't answer my question when did a president need the Supreme Court to get rid of a other presidents executive order? You just basically showed me that a president that was trying to get executive order through and the Supreme Court deemed it unconstitutional.
