  1. It was not "their" nukes but Soviet nukes stationed in Ukrainian territory. The Ukrainian SSR never had control over them. - The Budapest memorandum, as I understand it, was not legally binding. In view of what has transpired since 1994, it is no longer relevant anyway.

  4. The argument seems to be that there were no civilian casualties, therefore the attacks failed. Thats of course a misunderstanding of the purpose of the Russian missile attacks.
