  1. I had to defend myself in Port Orchard WA. I had to defend myself against a perp who called 911. I brought out a BURNA SD. THATS RIGHT. A pepper ball gun. I never Despenced any projectiles. Yet the perp told the 911 operator that I said that I was going to KILL him. That was a lie. The Weapon was bright orange. I yelled out that it was a pepper ball gun ( while he was on the phone) that he was lying. The police arrived within minutes. ( 5) Like 8 deep. City and sheriff's. I wasn't arrested but was given a notice of the incident. Later I was charged and told to make a Court appearance. Remember....in Port Orchard WA. The fact remains. I was made to defend my self against what I believed to be a hostile individual. Remember... No shots were fire. ( Pepper ball gun-Bunrna SD) THE VERY IDEA THAT A LIER CAN CALL IN TO 911 and the the police show up and sappier the lier is beyond me. This was in a Walmart Parking lot. Approximately July of 2022. I was very fortunate that I had a private lawyer out side of the Public pretenses office. He was paid for by the court. Otherwise.... all those that I called wanted 5-10k for defense. Wtf? This all boils down to the city DAs office. I put in up to 20 hours of research into my defense. That said. Get the insurance. I now have Legal Shield. Not sure if that good better or otherwise. Remember this one statement. Ide rather be tried by 12 than carried by 6.
