  3. The Politicans wanna stay in office. They vote on these bills with a constituency that pork fat is added for their personal pet products for their constituents. Look it up. When anyone sees how there politicians vote on bills that would otherwise bot be voted on is done because their funding is added to these bills for the district that they represent.
