  1. I used to live in AZ. Moved away in 2020. As a residential carpenter. The fact that the board of developers were to require a 100 year outlook on water is a JOKE. DEVELOPMENT is a joke. The demise of the Colorado river is a joke. See the history of the canals. The 70s were a height of building. But the greed has far out weighed the standard of life. Be prepared to pay. The greed is the core of the problem. Nothing else.
