  3. Schools ARE NOT A DAY CARE SYSTEM. IT NEEDS TO BE MANDATORY that parents are directly involved with their upbringing Educationally. Sex Ed. Is the responsibility of the Parents.

  5. How about City, Urban and Rural kids. I was a farm boy. Our neighbors and kids hold Values Far different. I would say better. (My opinion)
