IQs dropping by Huge amounts. China is LAUGHING AT AMERICA. I would say that American parents should take morw involvement in their educational lives. Schools ARE NOT DAYCARES. Their tax dollars should be allowed to go to what ever school they choose. I dont agree that ANY ADULT can have kids. Now they cant afford to pay to put them through a decent school. Let alone the materials that children need to get the education. Ie....back packs, paper, pencils, amd so on. Wheres the Federal bail out money? Remember the bailout for the Auto companies? What about the performance of the teacher???? What about the performance of the PARENTS ???? HANDS ON MON AND DAD. have a role in your children's lives as well as their education? You had the child? You teach them. You feed them. You clothe them. You buy them the paper and pencils. Where's the money??? I say follow the money
