  4. When debates happen there in never an ACTUAL PLAN. It's all talk. I'll do this. I'll do that. No you won't. It takes an act of Congress to get most crap done. And a Great Team around one to do that. Like a Quarter back or. CEO. if they fail their fired. Pretty simple

  5. Like a True CEO or Quarter Back. The leader of the team or Business Must Have a proven game plan. It must be solid If it's not working one of two things happen. They're fired OR They go back to the White Board and figure out a Plan that can be used that WILL GET RESULTS. IF STILL THEN THERE are no positive results. Their FIRED.
