Take a one class. Learn bow to read. Work 2 jobs. Save money. Stop the drinking and the drugs. Get fkn cleaned up. Learn basic life skills. If they cant handle their money they get a PAYEE. they need to be a productive person. The alternative. Then you WILL NOT.LIV÷ AMONG THE PEOPLE who are civilized. End of story. Stop the fkn Coddling.
