  43. I have had the same in Phoenix AZ. Ended up doing consecutive time. CCTV. from a 7-11. Showed my innocence. I couldn't risk going to Trial. Ingot roped in on 5 bogus charges. The cops over charged me and the way Maricopa county sentences people is that if the defendant take their case to trial and loose say on one or two of the charges. Then the sentences are maxed out. 18 years VRS. 5. 1.5 2.5. With some jail time served. All that said. The subject cop LIED ON THE REPORT. AND THE CCTV proved that. Yet it was never used in the arraignment.

Then how do these individuals being questioned by senators, be allowed to NOT ANSWER with a direct response? Take them into custody and make them sit in time out BEHIND BARS or Concrete WALLS until they do. Pretty fkn simple
