  1. Great point. And he lied about his resident location. Lying on a federal form is a violation of the law as well..to the best of my knowledge....it says at the bottom of every legal form.

  2. I have had the same in Phoenix AZ. Ended up doing consecutive time. CCTV. from a 7-11. Showed my innocence. I couldn't risk going to Trial. Ingot roped in on 5 bogus charges. The cops over charged me and the way Maricopa county sentences people is that if the defendant take their case to trial and loose say on one or two of the charges. Then the sentences are maxed out. 18 years VRS. 5. 1.5 2.5. With some jail time served. All that said. The subject cop LIED ON THE REPORT. AND THE CCTV proved that. Yet it was never used in the arraignment.
