I fell for him years ago I think I might actually still have a copy of his first book until I went online I think I either had to pay $10 a month or a newsletter and I believe it was 39 99 to actually get the herbs list that corresponds to the actual book because the book never actually list any of the cures after spending $30 for it. Like I said I think you have to be part of the paying membership actually get the herbs names we just kind of when I just stopped and bought a nice book on herbs

  4. It's really not that hard to eat well and lose weight even on a reduced budget. Prices of organic have come down so much since the 90s if you have a good Korean deli around you and pick up organic blueberries for $2 a container
