I'm certainly not trying to sound like a know-it-all but as a vegetarian I've been watching a lot of documentaries on the wet markets and on the antiquated methods of a lot of Chinese herbal..James Randi ? Anyone? Chinese medicine which is the driving force. Has anybody watch the Gordon Ramsay special on shark fins where they just throwing live mutilated sharks back into the ocean. Michael pointed it out I remember that Red Zone book from 20 years ago. Happy birthday got relaxed after SARS just kind of disappeared.. no one followed up on the advice to start vaccinations research. Furthermore at China's the blame at this they never put any hygiene laws in any of those markets or try to educate Chinese people on medicine and what has scientific backup and what did not. Anybody wants a link to a good video hit me up and reply and I will put up a link.. like I said I'm a firm believer in herbs and fungus xcetera for health benefits they have been proven. I also get that this lot of poor people in China need to sell something at the market. but the bottom line is I would pay you just as much money at one of those markets for a very nice vegetable curry or herbal tea. Not f**** bat soup. do you know anything about that or been in a cave. you know it's one of the most noxious environment from the face of the Earth can't wrap my head around it
