Here's what's going to take we need a third party of workers each Precinct should have at least two of them that can go on any drive or Patrol with any cop and can visit any police call broadcasted anytime 24 hours a day 7 days a week for monitor. The Supreme Court needs to pass a law that protects and gives full immunity to any citizen that interferes in a police altercation that shows excessive force.
