As far as the movie Patch Adams is concerned it was okay but it's actually based on a real life character I've met him before you should look into a story cuz he is truly an amazing individual completely selfless he travelled numerous times throughout Russia and the Ukraine giving out free medical care to terminally ill children and as far as I know they were working on the free hospital what type of leave is in Virginia. I recommend the book house calls. And props the Robin Williams who actually donated his entire hay from that movie to help the Patch Adams Foundation give out free healthcare.. Bob Newhart was very underrated you might not always appreciate his dry sense of humor but there was something very special about that guy too
