  3. I've got covid right now. I'm 40 and quite fit. It's almost as bad as the flu, but not terrible. I had the Pfizer vaccine, both doses and booster. I think we just have to live with it.. Sucks but I'd rather get ill now and again rather than lock downs etc

  4. I agree with this. Unfortunately this sort of means this all proves nothing. We'd all like to believe vitamin D is a wonder vitamin and sure it will help a bit to have good vitamin levels. However we have to keep in mind as humans we want to believe in something like this. The placebo effect of taking something helps. I need hard, scientific fact with a decent sample size and double blind trials with placebos on the other side.
