  1. I agree with this. Unfortunately this sort of means this all proves nothing. We'd all like to believe vitamin D is a wonder vitamin and sure it will help a bit to have good vitamin levels. However we have to keep in mind as humans we want to believe in something like this. The placebo effect of taking something helps. I need hard, scientific fact with a decent sample size and double blind trials with placebos on the other side.
