  6. As a teacher myself, I can say what she did wasn't illegal in some places, but it WAS creepy and predatory, nonetheless. We all know if the genders were reversed, no one would be defending the teacher, and it's because the teacher has power and authority over the student. She could've spent years grooming him before he turned 18. And she's not even physically unattractive; she had plenty of men her age or older to choose from. Someone who looks like her and isn't even 30 definitely was taking advantage of her students, and it pisses me off to see people defending this eff'ed up behavior from her.

  7. To be fair, it's Pretty Privilege, Female Privilege, and Wealth Privilege. Those multipliers add up to zero prison time. If she was ugly/fat/poor, she'd be given slightly less time than a rich white man, but still prison time, regardless.

  26. Besides the legal points, it would've made Majors look better by just admitting he did it but it was an accident and he takes responsibility for it. Claiming he didn't do it, when he clearly did, looks like he's taking no responsibility for anything and comes off reckless and haven't learned anything. Which is a bad look. So with this context, I agree with the jury. It'd have been better to fess up and apologize than to deny what clearly happened and look immature and selfish in the process. Might have even saved his career (not that anyone likes Kang The Conqueror or wants to see more of him, anyway.)

  30. I had something similar happen to me in college nine years ago. I was falsely accused of "stalking" by this crazed narcissistic feminist classmate and the school launched a private investigation and no evidence was found because I didn't actually do anything. But the university decided to change the charge from "stalking" to "harassment of gender" (aka "misogyny") and expelled my anyway. I had to sue them while spending three years starting all over again in a new university with all my credits useless. I was nearly going to graduate before this happened. In 2018, they settled out of court and decided to refund me my tuition and pay the lawyer fees, but that didn't make up for three years of my life wasted because of a corrupt college system. How they're able to get away with this under law is beyond me, because it DOES break Title IX laws, which don't just apply to women, but ALL cases of institutional sexism.

  42. This whole thing quite literally looks like an HBO or Netflix dramedy show. Like something so surreal, it'd be impossible to happen in real life. Like Parks and Recreation. But she's a real person and this (possibly) is real life. Seems like the season finale of SuperMayor is coming up though, with the cliffhanger of Heynard finally going to prison for all the wacky adventures and reckless weekly escapades she's caused over the past two seasons.

  47. S-x offenders and first degree murderers get less time than this! This wasn't premediated and was a "heat of the moment" situation. She should definitely do time, like 2-5 years in prison, but a life sentence is overkill (no pun intended!) That would be as if she was a serial killer or something.

The sheer irony of the woke claiming gender is a "social construct" when it literally isn't and is based on biological sex, but then getting mad when they claim you can't be "trans-racial" when race quite literally is a social construct made up by society (although biological ethnicity isn't.) It really shows how hypocritical they really are and how obvious it is that they only care about social power and victimhood. If "transgenderism" is a thing, then "transrace" is definitely a thing. I don't even care if Rachel Dolezal wants to be black; it's not like it's going to make her life any easier to anyone who's not Progressive anyway; it hasn't made my life any easier.
