@ICHBinCOOLERalsJeman Johnny Depp is rich, influential, and popular and he didn't seem to have too many rights before his trial against Amber Heard at all...

@AE-dn8es No he can't, because 1) people chose not to work with him, and 2) he is guilty, to some extent. People not liking you and you losing job opportunities because of that, is legally allowed, as Johnny Depp got screwed over due to this, and he actually was "innocent" (considering the circumstances.) There's not much you can do.

@jinga9862 Two of those guys are actually innocent. The other two got overcharged with their crimes and unfairly prosecuted in a kangaroo court fueled by mob threats. I'll let you decide which ones are which.

@patrickwhite4449 Except he wasn't convicted on s_x harassment and that's typically not a crime anyway. He was convicted on s_xual assault, as if there was no consent there, when there was clear consent as evidenced by the texts, emails, and messages. This video itself stated he may be unethical and a scumbag, but it's not illegal to be unethical and a scumbag, especially considering that describes about 90% of the people in Hollywood, of both genders.

@AspiePilo82 Women used their bodies to get ahead in the industry and then wanted to use false victimhood to get ahead in the industry after turning 40. I have no doubt Weinstein is a scumbag, but you don't get to be a prostitute and then try to make the man who made you rich out to be a "predator" ten years after the fact. If he did anything illegal, a real victim would've gone to the police instead of trying to leverage more bedroom time for a bigger contract. This is why MeToo was such a horrible movement to begin with and why Weinstein is now out of prison. So no; we're done with hookers trying to cry "victim" after their 15 minutes of fame and beauty are up. Especially considering all the innocent men hurt by the MeToo hysteria and all the real female victims who'll now have a harder time because of it.

You know. Considering he probably was a scumbag, this is all poetic justice for the whole MeToo BS. So many fake women pretending to be "victims" from the lap of luxury after they sold their bodies to perverts in Hollywood, then cried "predator" to a bunch of men who did virtually nothing to them but say "Hi" and "made them feel uncomfortable" by not being female around them. It's almost like, MeToo was a giant grift and scam and now that the world is healing, the damage is being undone. Too bad it had to take letting an actual bad guy out of prison to exonerate all the innocent ones who got canceled during it. Now if only we can get people to realize George Floyd was a dangerous career criminal and not some kind of martyr for black lives...

@lysirishfleur3030 Most of them did go along with it, which is why they waited FOR YEARS to come forward. So kindly f*ck off.
