  1.  @John_Notmylastname  If men can get (falsely) charged for "rape" for having sex with a drunk woman while he's also drunk, and anyone can get charged with DUI for driving under the influence, then a stoner can get killed for murdering a man and his dog in cold blood. Trying to say "the weed made me do it" is the ultimate woman-defense I've ever heard of.

  2. Why stop there? Why not sue the factory that made the gun also? Why not sue the store that sold the gun? Why not sue the school for not supplying every student with bulletproof vests and making them wear them in class every day and having armed police at the school with baggage check machines at the school front entrance?
