  2. Besides the legal points, it would've made Majors look better by just admitting he did it but it was an accident and he takes responsibility for it. Claiming he didn't do it, when he clearly did, looks like he's taking no responsibility for anything and comes off reckless and haven't learned anything. Which is a bad look. So with this context, I agree with the jury. It'd have been better to fess up and apologize than to deny what clearly happened and look immature and selfish in the process. Might have even saved his career (not that anyone likes Kang The Conqueror or wants to see more of him, anyway.)
