I had something similar happen to me in college nine years ago. I was falsely accused of "stalking" by this crazed narcissistic feminist classmate and the school launched a private investigation and no evidence was found because I didn't actually do anything. But the university decided to change the charge from "stalking" to "harassment of gender" (aka "misogyny") and expelled my anyway. I had to sue them while spending three years starting all over again in a new university with all my credits useless. I was nearly going to graduate before this happened. In 2018, they settled out of court and decided to refund me my tuition and pay the lawyer fees, but that didn't make up for three years of my life wasted because of a corrupt college system. How they're able to get away with this under law is beyond me, because it DOES break Title IX laws, which don't just apply to women, but ALL cases of institutional sexism.

@seefoghall @lordsneed9418 If it's a "gray area," why isn't that same rational used for drunk driving cases? "Too drunk to be responsible for your own body and hormones, but still accountable for killing someone on the road from being intoxicated behind the wheel?" Make that BS make sense.

It was a non-white, non-American-native male, on top of it. From the DEI office, who cries about minorities, all the time. The sheer irony. Not that I haven't been falsely accused in college myself. They don't care about upholding standards.

@lordsneed9418 Whoa now! That's a bit too much logic, ethics, and common sense for Clown World California.
