As a 180 centimeter guy, this one especially hits home to me. If I wasn't red-pilled before, this would have turned me Super Red-Piller Level 2. I legit had (have had) depression for years because my short-ass was never "good enough" for modern women. Nowadays, I'm becoming good enough for myself.

@Mayelito7 Women see themselves as "the prize" and that you should be grateful they even give you the time of day, hence their double standards. I actually had a female friend who considered herself "red-pilled" and anti-feminist and even she had these same height standards and she said "because men will state their height out loud, while women will hide their weight, men have no problem with being criticized with height, while it talking about a woman's weight can destroy her" which made me go "WTF?" Unless you wear lifts or you're always sitting, it's pretty hard to hide height, while women can use girdles and clothing to hide their weight and body size. Just because men are more willing to admit their insecurities doesn't make it okay to shit on them for it. And this was a female who thought she was more intelligent and empathetic than other women and still had these double standards. It's insane how many mental gymnastics women can do to explain away their behavior.

I'm ugly myself (and short, and overweight, and not a millionaire, and dark-skinned in a non-Western country that hates dark-skinned men) and I grew up in a city of overweight hideous people where 95% of the population were ugly (Philadelphia, if you must know) and nothing changes. Women are still the ones being pursued, men are still the ones doing the pursuing. Women are still going to have inflated egos if given that leverage in the dating market, even if they're ugly. This is ALSO why you see ugly women on social media all the time, calling themselves "queens," "goddesses," "girl-bosses," and such, even though they have ten kids from ten different fathers and work at Burger King in their late 30s. There can be good-hearted people who are physically attractive looking or physically unattractive. But because society treats attractive people well (The Halo Effect,) there tends to be less good-hearted attractive people out there; cause why do they need to be a good person when they have an army of simps? On the other end, there can be good--hearted people who are physically unattractive, but because society treats them badly for their looks, they tend to more likely to be bitter, jaded, and angry at life. TL;DR Version: Most people are assholes, regardless of looks. They're just that way for different reasons. There's your life lesson and why you shouldn't feel bad for undesirable women. They still want Chad and have more leverage to get him than you do in getting Plain Jane.

Mike Tyson is actually 5'10" (or at least, used to be in his prime; maybe he's shrunken in old age,) but regardless, 5'10" is still too short for modern women. If your height doesn't start with a "six," she's not interested. (Or in metric, if your height isn't at least 183+)

I'm an American living and working in South Korea. Koreans are the tallest Asians in the world, with Korean men being only two inches shorter than Americans (at 5'8"/173 cm) and Korean women being the same height as American women (at 5'5"/165 cm.) There is definitely a height preference here, although it's not as extreme as in the US. Korean women want men to be taller than 5'9"/175 cm, while in the US, the bare minimum women want is 6'0"/183 cm and up in men. The bottom line is, short women want tall men. Tall women want tall men. Nobody wants short men. And that's why I'm eternally single. 🤷‍♂

@rotaryperfection Nah. Asian women still want tall men. The preferences are just slightly lower. The only real country where short men will thrive is The Philippines, where most women are 5'0"/153 cm and the men are 5'5"/165 cm. Filipina girls are pretty chill all around and a Passport Bro's top destination if he wants a wife, but they aren't as pretty as girls in other countries, truth be told.
