I literally drank whole milk every single day growing up as it was my favorite drink and I loved it, and slept for nine hours every single night, in addition to being on the Track and Field team of my school doing sprinting, and I STILL ended up only being 180 cm (waking up, before spinal compression; throughout the day, I'm even shorter.) My father was even taller than me, so it wasn't due to short parents, either. I've always hated being the shortest guy in the room! Even women reach 180 cm and taller nowadays! It SUCKS being short, especially growing up in a first world country like the US.
