Corporatism and business aspects aside, Papa John's is literally the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. "It's like a hot circle of garbage." Even Burger King has higher quality "food" than Papa John's.

@RuRichelieu He's talking about them seemingly being woke/"politically correct." Although I'm not sure that applies here, considering this wasn't necessarily a case of being hyper sensitive and PC.

@angoraramp Dominos is much cheaper to operate than a Quiznos. Ironically, Subway is the cheapest food chain of all to run, which is why there's so many of them internationally and why their subs are so overpriced, yet Quiznos is another sub chain, but costs much more to operate; possibly due to all those ovens.

@samuelsummers4376 That, and their pizza is just horrible. Even Dominos tastes better. Papa John's is also the most expensive, despite all this.

@leem9687 It was always terrible. All of the big pizza chains are (although Little Caesar's is pretty good considering how cheap it is; if it costs more than $10, not so much.) Pizza Hut hasn't been good since the 90s, and Dominos has had dry over-seasoned pizzas since their relaunch in the 2000s, but Papa John's has been the worst pizza on the planet my entire life.
