  1. Without even being an engineering genius, the main question someone like me would ask is: Why do they have to be on roads, which are constantly being covered by cars, dirt, and precipitation? How does that make sense? Let alone, more sense than just putting them on rooftops? These are VERY basic questions I'd ask.
