  1. He's RIGHT you only have to LOOK at what's going on in the UK with OPEN eyes to SEE that this Sheriff is RIGHT with what he's saying. Also in the UK when Peter Sutcliffe was KILLING women with a hammer for years the police NEVER blamed the hammer he used at all and what they did first is blame the women because they were out at night going to work, food shopping and other ! Thank you.
