  2. Yes it was just a picture for the video. I lived at Boscombe Down and NO one could get near the crash site until the aircraft was removed.

  3. I did my work experience there in 1989 and 1990 they were going to give me full work but I moved away I got told about this crash later on.

  9. Boscombe Down has always been used if an aircraft gets into trouble as it's runway is one on the longest in the UK and Europe what crashed there was not meant to be there in the first place.

  12. When I lived at Boscombe Down they only brought in the C5's for when the F1-11's would come over every few years like the year they bombed Libya. I had just moved away from there before the crash and people told me about it as they to the crash site to see if the people on the aircraft needed help only to be turned away then the roads were closed and no one could get anywhere near the crash site until it was ALL moved away onto the base. It was not an SR 71 that crashed but something smaller ??

When this crashed I had just moved away from there but I know people who went to help not knowing how many people were on the aircraft or what type it was only to be turned back then all the roads and footpaths were closed until the aircraft was moved there will be NO pictures from people of this. Thank you.
