I fail to see how the type of fertilizer they are saying it is can just explode it needs to be mixed with other things to make it go off like the IRA and others used diesel and aluminium powder is used when making Tannerite targets fertilizer is a binary explosive meaning it always has to be mixed the right way with something to make it explode ???????????????????
