  1. Problem is we have a new government coming in soon so this order will be messed just like when the UK was going to get new air carriers in the 1970's. Also the navy in the UK is laying up some ships because of the lack of people wanting to join the navy. Also thanks to things like pedo in Dunblane and the money wanked off in the Iraq war there's NO money. It's just taken more than three years to fill in a pot hole outside an ambulance station in the New Forest !
