The NHS in the UK was good when you got a full NHS but these days it's not all free and there are too many that want to be signed off sick because their too lazy to work so it's over stretched and can't cope with how many are in the UK. City life in places like London is a shit hole like living in New York or LA would be. Best thing about London is the airports so you can get out and fly to places like the Bahamas.
