A fortiori, the very same could be said of the United States. If only the USA would stop poking the Russian bear and the Chinese dragon it might be able to fix some of its own domestic problems.

@NateWhitehorse because your couldn't. The Red Army was already in Berlin while the USA and its satellite Britain were still stuck in France. Truth be told, it was the Soviet Union that ended Germany rather than the USA.

@SiliconCurtain You can't just say "rubbish" and not argue your case. Your channel, for instance, definitely looks like propaganda to me (or what you would politely call 'misinformation' or 'disinformation'). I'm not saying your lying but you are being tendentious.

Propaganda. Of a fairly crude kind. Okay when used on Europeans in the 19th and early 20th centuries but not so much today. Audiences are a little more sophisticated these days. Well, a least some of us are.

I see it as the United States continuing the policy of Great Britain: stopping any kind of close cooperation or rapprochement between Germany and Russia. Imperial Britain's attempts to stop greater cooperation between these two states inter alia led to two terrible wars in the 20th century and may yet lead to another major war as the USA goes down the same path with the added bonus that China is now also threatening to pull Europe away from the USA.

You must live in a world very different from what I grew up in. From my observations corporate controlled media and academia have never been friendly to communism. Or socialism. Not even, generally speaking, to milquetoast social democracy. As for "genocidal and famine-prone" I think you'll find capitalism is, a fortiori, much more culpable.
