  1. The USA is essentially rudderless and led by lobby groups affiliated with the military‐industrial complex with which they have a symbiotic relationship. In other words, there are too many insider groups that, although they have a coherent plan on their own, when all the different plans of these groups are taken together the system as a whole becomes incoherent and no one group can carry out a national plan that benefits the nation as whole.
