@sabrinnur3499 I think the majority of the Ukrainian army are poorly trained, poorly led, have outdated equipment and are demoralised. Though an army's morale is intangible its absence can be felt nonetheless on the battlefield.

@boeman6702 it's like the American Dream, the naive belief that simple hard work and perseverance will bring success. In other countries they call it the (Christian) work ethic but it's the same nonsense that blames the individual for problems that are societal or to do with the economy.

It's surreal to see a city functioning normally and people casually going about their business when there's a war going on nearby. It's almost as if it's not happening.

PaleBlueDot Religion of peace — is that capitalist democracy?

@jericoatayde5603 Pity they can't fight the neo-fascist liberal insurgency of capitalism that keeps so many of them in abject poverty as well.
1
@wei270 Insurgency is the name western propaganda gives to anyone who rebels against capitalists and their pernicious economic system.

It's a cultural thing I gather. People aren't generally expected to interfere in other people's business lest there be negative consequences.

@danielavila5081 The Rothschilds banking cartel already own the moon. They bought it for one trillion dollars of monopoly money that they printed out of thin air.

A psychotic break with reality or a desperate cry for help. Sounds like she may be suffering from some kind of mental illness which may explain her marital problems.

When Israelis do the same in the USA they are allowed to get away with it. I guess that makes them best buddies.

@nsaurabh25 Well, most of Europe has a birth rate below replacement level so perhaps these immigrants should be welcomed, though I think it's nubile females that are needed more than males.

John has no opinions on the matter. He's dead.

And Russia and China are the cure. Hopefully.

The bankers who are causing all these wars and all this instability should give a tiny fraction of their wealth to house and feed these people. And the USA should donate a few million of its quadrillion dollar military and surveillance budget while they're at it.

@harukrentz435 And also accountability from the corporatists who control them.

@sw36jl a book entitled The Enigma of Japanese Power published in the 1980's is an interesting read when it comes to some misconceptions about the country.

@ahmadhasif979 Or Hinduism?

@boeman6702 these labels are out if date and should be dispensed with. They imply that every country should be capitalist, globalised, urbanised and undergo an industrial revolution. Societies that don't meet these criteria are considered inferior and less worthy.

When they try to make their country better they get attacked by western Europe and North America. Just look at Libya, Iraq Iran. Just look at Russia/USSR and China. The selfish plutocrats of the West do not want any other country doing what they did; they climbed the ladder of success and pulled it up behind them, determined not to allow anyone else to do the same. I wish China and Russia, despite no longer being humanity's last great hope, outlive the US empire, making it the last empire, and help to free the world from the evil, selfish and destructive ways of thinking embodied in western capitalism.

@鱼人-v8y It will just use its 'stay behind' network of NATO‐trained terrorists and neo‐fascist paramilitaries, perhaps with some mercenaries thrown into the mix.
