Unfortunately, the US biolabs are located all over the world, producing bioweapons and presumably testing them on the local population in defiance of the biological and chemical weapons conventions. Of course, Russia will be very circumspect in what it reveals to the world's public and will almost certainly not be too explicit in its accusations.
