If it's clearly forced (as by a pimp or brothel owner) then I agree, but I think it's more complicated than that if it's not due to outright human coercion but rather to underlying economic or social circumstances or individual choices. In such a case I think there would be a need to take such things into account.

  4. Cringe babies With all due respect I think it is you who may not be getting the point. You are thinking more with your heart than your head and allowing your emotions to cloud your judgement more than it should. Morality is largely emotion-driven and takes little heed of real life. While I believe forced prostitution to be wrong, prostitution that is undertaken entirely of one's own volition and that is directly beneficial to oneself (as by ensuring survival) cannot be altogether bad, in my opinion. Not even when harmful to the individual long term or frowned upon by the wider society.
