  2. The USA will find itself increasingly unable, even by proxy or by attacking third countries, of dominating the world outside its near abroad such that by the end of this century China and Russia will be the dominant powers with France and Germany playing second fiddle.

  3. My thoughts exactly. The USA should start becoming a team player and acting in good faith, something that neoliberals don't seem to be particularly good at.
