The neocons and neolibs who've been in charge of the US administration since Reagan need to be removed from their positions of influence and someone with the wisdom and popularity of a Roosevelt needs to come along and implement a more intelligent foreign and domestic policy, including better fiscal management and an emphasis on rebuilding the country's infrastructure and making crucial reforms to the military‐industrial‐congressional complex to make them less of a drain on the USA budget.
