  2. Like with Africa before and after the fall of Gaddafi, there will be a before and after moment with South East Asia. Maybe it will be the Philippines that will have to succumb before missiles are allowed, maybe Indonesia, but however it turns out, just like Libya had to succumb before the rest of Africa fell in line, so the USA will keep pushing until it finds an Asian domino to push over.
