The American system of capitalism is shamelessly gamed in favour of the ultra rich and it is no way to run an economy, much less a society. The citizenry of the USA are being cheated of the better quality of life that is possible under some form of state/public control of strategic sectors of the economy that are not just those related to maintaining a war economy. Take China as the example. Look what can be achieved.
